This work is about time concepts for an opening event by the brand new cultural center Tabloo (Dessel, BE). Tabloo, which means table in Esperanto, wants to explore the difficult, but important, social issues such as the storage and decay of nuclear waste. Ideally, they want people to sit together, once and for all, at a table to discuss important social issues.

‘Writing for the future’, which is derived from our company slogan for Tabloo ‘Caring for the future’, enables visitors to have the opportunity to write to their future selves about anything they want. The letter will be sent in one year from then. It’s an opportunity to reflect on things. The mailbox is a replication of Tabloo’s table-shaped logo.

The application ‘Another Time, Another Space’ takes visitors to another dimension. Dumping nuclear waste is not so much fun, but it’s only part of a much bigger and phenomenal whole.
